fc 25 ultimate team 7 days early access
Is it just me that I cant open my fc 25 after buying the ultimate version which INCLUDE a 7 days early access???

From the store page:

Pre-Purchase this edition and play the game starting 7 days ahead of full release. Starts in approximately less than an hour.

Looks like you need to wait a little longer.
