Cloud Sync On and "Up To Date", Save Files Not Updated in Game

I'm having an issue while playing Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition. I started the game on the Steam Deck, but when I wish to switch to playing on my PC, the safe files are not updated despite it saying Cloud Status is up to date.

I have checked the files on the Steam Cloud and the files for Baldur's Gate are not there. Any tricks to force my Steam to upload the actual files to the Cloud? Because at the moment it's not recognizing any issues with the cloud sync.

I have managed to resolve the issue myself. There is a setting to turn on/off the Steam Cloud inside the Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition game itself (under "gameplay"). I have no idea why this is the case and why it's automatically turned off at the start, but that was the issue that made the Steam Cloud not work for me in this case.

For anyone in the future that comes to the same issue :)
