Right Corner Profile picture and status are not working

Recently I changed my profile picture and name , and for no reason and I don't know why too , my profile won't change in the top right corner , it still shows my old name , my old photo , and it keep showing that I am offline , to be honest , this makes me always think I am on Offline mode or something but I am not , on the friends tab I am online , on the profile page when you hover over my profile I am online , that small thing in the corner is not updating , any fixes please?

I tried everything that Steam told me , reset my network , troubleshooting it , removing it , put back the cable , reinstall the app and is still the same...
