Xbox elite series 2 won’t work properly.

I’ve just changed from a Xbox series X controller which worked perfectly without the need to change any settings. How my new elite 2 arrived today and no matter what settings I change I cannot get it to work!!! Any help will be massively appreciated! For reference, it works perfectly on epic so it’s not the controller. It was initially acting like a mouse on Steam and windows.

Disable Steam's input mapper and for XInput and restart Steam.
