Steam Families DLC sharing

I’m trying to play Black Ops 3 on 2 PCs at the same time through family sharing. I own all Black Ops 3 DLCs on my main account. I know I need to buy Black Ops 3 again in order to play it at the same time using family sharing, but do I need to rebuy all the DLC or just the base game?

You only get access to the dlc's if you borrow from the base game that the account is tied too.

For example
Person A has base game and dlc's
Person B has base game only
Person C has nothing

Person C can borrow from person B and get access to base game only.
If they want the dlc's included they would have to switch and borrow the base game & dlc's from person A

If person A is playing the game in question and person B is also playing their own copy then Person C will have to find something else to do....

Person B can borrow from person A to get dlc's access but only if person A is not playing the game.

Okay that makes sense, thank you for the response. Guess I'll be buying all the DLCs again.
