Achievements in Unreal Engine games don't trigger
I have this weird issue where achievements in unreal games aren't unlocking for me on my Windows 11 desktop, but they work on my laptop and Steam deck.

I've tried multiple things such as reinstalling the game, reinstalling the Visual C++ redistributables. Any ideas what could be causing this?

They are in games where achievements work for others.

Otherworldly: Beginning of the Rift : this is the most recent I tried, has a single achievement for starting a new game.

ABZÛ : nothing unlocked on desktop but worked on Steam deck

Croissant : Has buttons in game to unlock achievements. they didn't work on desktop but did on laptop/Steam deck
