EasyAntiCheat won’t repair or open

I’m running Steam on Whisky on a Mac. So far games have ran smoothly but I couldn’t run Dead By Daylight because it kept giving me the “Can’t open Anti-Cheat module”.

I followed tips online and went to the files to find the easyanticheat but whenever I try to open, it just gives me a black screen and a white flashing line in the corner before just shutting the tab. I’ve verified my files about five times now and that didn’t work either.
