steam facebook roblox and discord all hacked into

so basically, it started out with my steam sending random messages to friends like ''this is for you -''with some random obviously not real link to steam community, then, after i woke up today, it started selling things from my account to random people for very cheap, then i went on roblox, saw 3 games i never played recently, then a few minutes after, got banned for saying the ''r slur'' we'll say, and then a while later after trying to recover everything, my facebook was also hacked into, saying someone from kazahkstan was trying to log in, please help as i have no idea what to do, this has never happened to me before.

Password reuse or your tokens got stolen, either way switch to a clean computer, start resetting pw on each, enable 2FA where possible, and wipe the infected computer.

thanks for the help, im fairly sure ive gotten rid of them now as i changed all passwords, enabled all authentification double processes, and everything else.
