how to download games that are banned in your region?

Not trying to troll. Circumventing regional restrictions can result in termination of your account--which I would imagine is a serious matter.

You can't. If you find a way around this restriction, you will most likely be banned for doing so. Those restrictions are there for a reason.

What 'rawWwRrr' said is completely correct. You will have to write to your local government and ask them to allow the game to be played in your location.
