You can add funds to your wallet here https://store.steampowered.com/steamaccount/addfunds/


You can find you way to this link by licking on your name in the top right of your screen and selecting "View my wallet"

Keep in mind that it still needs to be at least $5, or else it won't let you.

Addons like Augmented Steam can add a button with an entry field for the amount into the purchase page directly, so you don't have to edit HTML if you're doing it multiple times.
