安装steam的第二天，开机bios画面后就黑屏，win10无法正常加载

我把steam安装在了D盘（可能这就是问题的根源？）
后续使用系统还原，重新安装显卡驱动，在安装显卡的驱动时又出现同样的崩溃，请问有什么解决方案么？？我已经使用过DDU清除了原来的驱动，然后再重新安装显卡，还是崩溃。重装系统后，装显卡驱动，再次崩溃黑屏。现在完全不知道怎么处理了。
我的显卡是 6650xt
请问steam对我的显卡做了什么，为什么装不上驱动了，一装就黑屏？？
另外发现在安全模式下装驱动，驱动显示报错是缺少VCRUNTIME140.dll和MSVCP140.dll，无法继续执行代码，重新安装程序可能会解决此问题。但是我去微软官网下载了vc运行库，依旧没能解决问题。
（还有以上的报错信息来自于安装过程中弹出的这个 USBCPDFW.exe的程序）

It's extremely unlikely to basically impossible that Steam as such has anything to with your instability issue, especially when as you say the system also crashed when reinstalling your graphics driver. It could in a practical sense be related due to you after having installed Steam having played some game that taxed your system enough to now have it be faulty -- but that's what it sounds like, a simply faulty GPU, or possibly PSU, or possibly RAM.

That is; I believe you will need to retreat to general, non-Steam specific hardware troubleshooting. My first bet would be on a wobbly PSU that blew a gasket (well, a capacitor...) when you taxed it.

Thank for your experience sharing.The instability make me upset.Maybe I should ask for professional help.
