Broadcast settings turning themselves back on?

I couldn't find any other discussions about this but my broadcast settings keep turning themselves back on and I find myself randomly streaming games albeit to no one but it's strange because i know i turned them off but i keep having to do so every so often.

We other did a cookie & cache page clean in old days now its called "Delete web browser data". and you hope this will help because there is no other option.

other then steam flush cmd ( googlt it ) could be part of sme reset. with more.
do have account login /pw rdy.

Appreciate the help it's worried me thinking someone did it externally to monitor or something but i dunno. Still a weird thing to happen randomly
