Steam Points
I know that I get steam points by buying games and purchasing Mann up mode tickets in TF2 is there any other way to earn steam points besides buying new games and getting them from purchasing stuff in games that allow to purchase stuff inside them?

Spending money true steam or being gifted by players

People sell points for money too but i dont know how safe it is, would not recommend it because i have done 0 research about it :)
