You have an account alert?

It says I have an account alert (yellow) but when I click the prompt in the Steam client it doesn't open anything, I've received no emails, and I see nothing when opening my account in the browser. What am I to do?

Um, getting rid of the Alert notice is one thing,....the irresponsibility of Steam to ALERT us and then offer no guidance is MORE than Lame AF. Very Lame.

Windows OS expiration doesn't go away until you upgrade, unlike yellow alerts.

I too have the same alert issue. From what I've seen in the above comments, no one from Steam is monitoring the Community questions, and no one in the Community has come up with a solution. This is sad and an indication that Steam management isn't very concerned with our concerns. Bummer for sure. I'll ignore the alert until it hits the fan.
