Won't Let Me Log In On Multiple Devices
Only lets me log in to my main device and not my other devices. I tried my second device a few minutes before and after successfully logging into my main account, so it's not "maintanence". Every time I have entered the correct username and password, yet you still block me.

Fix your log-ins.

Did you actual get a approval of this unit check. i know pc's do this, i cant say you get email.challenge if you dont check mail on device even.or pc.

I'm confused, what do you mean by this? I have checked my email if that's what you're asking.

"Please check your password and account name and try again." That's all that Steam tells me.

If they are not added there, as i think they should, then it will not work.

Well how do I add it there? It used to be there but one day POOF it's gone.

Thats why i link it so it can make sense to you, if not there then no multi login, its odd you dont get them added there, if you did it.

Test with other pc first get a confimation thta this pc is okay to be added.
as i recall i did that to my old laptop a long time ago, that now is a burnout. ( i cant complain over old laptop 14+ years before it die )

Check steam client email adr. is it correct still. ?
and most be or you wont get a email confirmations, so steam might have a bug maybe.

Login at other pc then it should send a email confimations, thats how i remember it was doing wayback at other pc.

So, you need to enter the correct account name and password.

  • Make sure it's the ACCOUNT name, not the profile name. Most likely, your account name is NOT "Purple_Glitter".
  • Make sure you type the password correctly. Especially if it has special characters which might be different on a different box. Maybe type it into Notepad and copy-paste it into the Steam window.

Check for capslock issue, most app today do say then such is on. ( typical mistake in the past. )
