Netflix game crash

Whenever I have netflix playing on PC whether it be through the app or website I cannot play steam games. I can play games through other providers without issue. The screen flickers black twice and then the game stops responding and has to be closed. I have changed RAM and reset to factory settings with no help.

Specs:
ASUS x670P Wifi
GSkills RAM 32gb (also tried Corsair 32GB)
Nvidia 3080
Ryzen 7900x

It’s probably Netflixs anti-recording software causing it so find another way to watch stuff if you want to use steam during it
