Downloaded Pre Load then wants me to download again

is it just me or when the game comes out it tells you to download it all again and it takes very long. what was the purpose of downloading pre load then?

Preload dont mean a thing, looks like a game not released yet.
you will not recive all data anyway and they can still make change to final version.

I tend not to buy pre-release these days, but it certainly never used to force a total re-download on launch. Depending on your hardware/internet connection it can take longer to decrypt than it does to download, so you are sure it's re-downloading and not decrypting?
