Items Excluded Based On Your Preference

When i always go to any search page on steam i get excluded games "as my preference", i click on the gear icon to see what things i have excluded but there is nothing, how do i remove this once and for all?

I literally checked and saw everything if i have excluded including languages and platforms but nothing is excluded, every single search page on steam has some items excluded and i font know how to get rid of it permanently.

What about the mature content preferences you cut out of the top of the 2nd picture?

and btw i am able to remove those preferences but it's temporary, if i refresh the page it comes back
