It is very odd, because if you right click on a video on Steam, then press "copy the adress", then you go on Google, right click then paste the adress, press enter, then take the first choice, so you can go to the same video but not from your Steam client, and then it works fine.
So the issue is coming from our Steam client, something went wrong but it has nothing to do with a video issue.
For those who wouldn't know how to do go to Steam (top left of your screen), then Settings, then Interface, then allow Steam beta updates, then restart Steam.
But sometimes the problem still occurs, and after that it works...very odd
Yesterday I thought it solved the problem, as several trailers played good after joining the beta version.
Today I again have video trailers that won't play.
Okay and now they play.
It's almost like Steam's service had the problem...sometime it can stream the video, sometimes not.
(Sigh).
So I looked through his win updates to see if perhaps a driver or software may have broken something, In the end i found MSEdgeView had been updated.
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\EdgeWebView\Application\129.x.x.x.x"
So I renamed the folder with an underscore and installed the previous build.

Forece updated steam and this fixed it, Until it updated again.
We tried the Beta fix but still no luck.

Running Firefox with safe mode / private browsing / clear cookie / refresh or update Nvidia driver / reboot PC didn't help.
Note that my other browser ( Steam client, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge) do not have such issue after all.
It seems a sporadic issue, sometimes videos play, other times (now) I can't play any store videos within Steam.
