Games That Lag HELP!

so just recently I have a couple games that wont play smoothly anymore. For example i'm half way through Hellblade and it ran awesome but now it lags like my computer can't handle it (But it could before) so I'm reaching out to see if anyone has a Solution for me.

No because the game worked just fine and then it suddenly doesn't. .

I've played this game and beat it twice and I'm half way through the game again and it started to lag with gameplay movement. I know my computer runs it smoothly just wonder why it's doing this now.

so you did not get a graphic card ? or do you not know how to look in your system ?

Thank you for your help lol but I fixed it. was a simple fix. Had a background process running that shouldn't have been. xD my bad. but hey this post might help someone else.
