Microsoft visual C++ runtime

Hi I’m bad with Tec can anyone please help me?
Almost every game I try to play says install Microsoft visual C++ runtime and after I do the game does play. However when I next try to play the game it says install again so I have to delete it and then reinstall it and it’s really annoying. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.
PS I play on steam deck and this issue has only been noticed since yesterday thanks.
