i accidently used BO6 beta code in wallet and not activate a product

the game shows up in my license but theres no way to actually download the beta because when i go to the store there is no beta option. when i enter in the code in the activate product key section, it was saying product already owned hit ok to start download, but there was no ok it was just try again. now it says i used the key too much with failed attempts
