Make her an account and use the new steam family share.
Although that does mean she has to restart the game to continue playing as normal.
Or I suppose she'd have to use your account and you hers until she's done with it.
(You might be able to find someone on the forum of that game to help with moving save files, but I can't promise that would work)
1. Get her to make her own account.
2. Opt both yours, and her account to steam families beta via Steam settings.
3. Make family group, and invite her account to the family group, once she in it, she can play your game all she want, and you can play your other games all you want at the same time.
Please note if you're unable to link her account to family group, may need to update her account by making a purchase on her account to assign country to her account then it will work.
Now idk about game personally, but if it an offline game, could get the game save files to work for her account, just need to move files to correct place to which the game can recognize, as some games setup profiles per account in their own folders, or shares same files.
