Valve employee scam
I was scammed by alleged valve employee. The worst thing is that this person somehow had access to my account. She blocked all her friends and started deleting games if they didn't accept the exchange offer or respond. Does anyone know what this could be about and how on earth this person had access to my account when I have two-factor authentication?
Is there a chance to get something back?

This is obviously not an employee - it's a scammer pretending to be an employee after your account was hijacked. 2FA is just an extra security layer - it does not prevent your account from being compromised if you leak your details to scam sites or allow them to be captured by tailored malware.

Secure your account and device urgently:-

Scan for Malware/virus https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/
Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Change your Account password on a secure device, mobile phone for example.
Generate new back up codes https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

You gave away all your account details.

The account name, the password and the KEY to the door, the Steam Guard Mobile code giving them access to the account.

How? by either logging into a known scam site or sites, tailored malware on your PC, the vote for my team scam, you have a pending ban scam on Discord, free knife click the link etc.

How does Steam (a program) know it is not you when all the account details are correct? It doesn't, therefore any action taken on your account is seen as you doing said actions.

The alternative is not plausible:

1) Someone would have to "GUESS" your account name from "millions of possible combinations".

2) Next they would have to "GUESS" your password from "millions of possible combinations" and then match it to your account name with "millions of possible combinations".

3) And finally they would have to "GUESS" the Steam Guard Mobile code "which changes every 30 seconds" to match both your account name and password to then have access your account.

You need to follow the advice you have gotten here to secure your account before you start arguing about what happened.
It only get’d worse the longer they have access to your account.

Because you shared your login details including steam guard code, you like login on thirt party scam site?
Oh no, you mentioned a Valve employee, the same scammers that run on discord.
He told you that someone reported you by mistake and to pass the inventory items to the account of the fake valve employee, the same scammer, and you believed him as well as giving him your login details too, you are a chicken.

No, never only on proven sites like skins monkey. I once received a link asking me to vote for a skin in an art shop, but this probably won't be the case.

There you have it.
That’s a classic scam.

Instead of insisting that you are right, when you are completely wrong and wasting time writing, you should follow the guide that the user has posted for you.

"8 years old account and doesn't know how to secure it"

So you just confirmed that you are logged in on third party sites with your steam login, including the steam guard code.
But you insist you are right:steamfacepalm:again, you're just stupid.

There are no "proven sites", and the site you mentioned here is literally a scam site.
