Is it under warranty? If so return it for a repair.

Vibrating due to broken fan, not because it stopped, get it repaired.

^This pretty much.

Something happened and the motor is trying to spin what it cannot. It's either clogged with debris and can't spin or something has happened. I'd recommend not using it for much until you replace the fan.

Unfortunately it's a laptop so have fun with that.

Replacing/fixing broken parts in gaming laptops is a notorious pain in the ass. It's why most PC gamers don't recommend them. IMO I'd look into saving up for a tower.

In the meantime, if you have a the repair knowledge, open the laptop up and find out what fan you need then buy a new one or clear it of debris if it's there (sometimes a spec of dirt can get lodged and stop the fan from spinning). Alternatively, bring the laptop to a repair shop and ask them to do it for you.

All in all, depending on the cost of the repairs, (shouldn't be much if you do it yourself, beyond time consuming because laptop) it may be better to consider it a lost cause. Especially at that age.
