So I bought the KINGDOM HEARTS INTEGRUM MASTERPIECE last week while it was on sale haven't played the game yet since I put it in my back log and I play primarily on steam deck so I paid with my card and the money was taken out but it said I had charge pending on my card as what usually happens purchases on my cash app card but today I got notified by my card that the charge had been canceled which is the first time that has ever happened and the money went back into my account but i still see that i own the kingdom hearts games. So I'm wondering what happened I don't wanna get in trouble with my account I reached out to support but they weren't really helpful they said the purchase was successful but then idk why i would get the money back and still have game in my library has this happened to anyone?

contact your bank about it

but take swing by steam support to see what they say

Will do that I saw on reddit I wasn't the only one this happened to so it might be cash app?

Just happened to me but with throne and liberty early access package.

You say the issue corrected itself, how exactly? I haven't reached out to any support channels yet but if it's a matter of potentially getting in trouble I'd do it. I have no qualms taking a free game but don't want to get in trouble for an error not on my side.

If it was through cash app just give it about a day it'll fix itself and just make sure the money is thier for purchase but yeah it was on cash apps end.
