Steam Bundle Refund

I tried refunding a bundle but the only option i seem to have is to refund each game 1 by 1? Is something wrong because i read in this same forum that if you refund an item from a bundle you refund all

That is correct.
If you bought it as a bundle then you just ask for a refund of a single game from it, that will automatically refund the entire purchase/bundle.

But i bought the command and conquer ultimate collection, none of the games ran on my computer (for some reason) so i refunded cnc generals, and it only refunded that one?

What did the email say you got after you asked for a refund?
It should list what was refunded and how much money you get back.
If the refund was not approved yet just wait till then.
If it was a single purchase for a bundle it can only refund the entire bundle, there is no other way for Steam.

Well it only gave me the 1,50 from generals and generals shows up as "buy" instead of "download", but every other game is still there

Thats...weird. That is not how bundle refunds usually work.

I refunded kane's wrath and it didnt refund it all either

Contact Steam Support and link the bundle. Explain the issue you are having with refunding.

I refunded every game in the bundle by itself, also it said it was a "partial refund" or something like that, cant find anyone else having the same problem

As already advised.

Contact Steam Support and link the bundle. Explain the issue you are having with refunding.

It may be that EA set it up incorrectly and why you are having issues.

I wouldnt be surprised if EA ♥♥♥♥♥♥ it up considering its EA tbh, but refunding each game worked so i think im good

made a support ticket, steam support very nice they said they're on it

Its possible that this happened because the bundle actually does not give any extra discount compared to buying the games each on their own.
"Here is what you are saving with this bundle: 0,- Euro"
So the bundle does not register as a single purchase but as all the single games individually.
