DOTA 2 high memory usage

Since past few months DOTA is taking about 98% of ram and running very slow and laggy on main menu. Sometimes it even stuck at loading screen. The main menu is very hard to use after launching. But gameplay is okay. My system is R3 2200g, 8gb RAM at 2400Mhz, GTX 1650 ddr6 and I'm running the game on HDD
