purchased f124- can't download

I purchased f124 just now and it's in my library, but the download button for it is blacked out and next to it is an available for Microsoft symbol. I use a MacBook Pro

It is a Windows title.

Do you have windows OS on your MacBook Pro?

As the store page tells you, F1® 24 is Windows only title and thus can't be installed or ran on a Mac computer. Your only options are either get a windows computer that meets the requirements for the game or ask for refund. In future check the system requirements first and make sure game supports your Mac computer before buying. Only small portion of Steam games support MacOS.
