Unable to access trading card market
No, my account is not locked, banned, changed, new, blah blah blah none of it. I've been using it for 14 years with no issues. But when I try to "Go to Community Market" to purchase missing steam trading cards, I get the old "There was a problem communicating with the Steam servers, please try again later."

I have logged out and re-Steam Guard Authenticated-back in, cleared cookies, and ensured my everything is up to date. What gives?

It has something to do with your IP.

Changing your IP usually fixes it.
I am unsure what you mean -- I do not use any VPN, and I've never had problems with my Spectrum in New York before.

Using a VPN is just one of the many ways to change your IP, but you can give it a try.

It's just how the Market is now. That error message is not the IP rate limit though.

Just refresh the page until it works but don't spam refresh too quickly or you will hit the IP rate limit.
