Or you can't see/click the selection?
one clue would be you're profile is not public. Next the screenshot posted would need verification that's it's not private. how do you know it is? is it a false error? i mean does anyone else see it?
The other clue would be is the image corrupted. does it display at all or is it black.
Another clue would be deleted and re submitting it failed.
I think you need to figure out why the image is either public or private and when you select it it actually is what Steam says it is. You have to open the image in the viewer first and click the image setup tab for viewers, and you have to organise the folder for only private images uploaded.
Clearly, you made a choice and forgot what you selected or made the wrong choice. it's obviously a human error if you can't determine if Steam is making the error present itself to you clearly.
This is the error message I get when I try to make it public.
"Unable to change visibility
There was a problem changing the visibility of this item (15). Please try again later"
My account is public.
Image is not corrupted, clearly visible.
Image is not deleted, it is already uploaded as a private image.
I just cannot make them public, you know to display on my profile for example.
I have been using Steam for 14 years. This error started to happen this week.
