its like either you have issue or steam server has a issue atm. try switch steam DL zone maybe.

hard to belive its part of missing VC++, ( as fare as i know , they normaly popup with corrupts or missing. )

feel free to DL from MS own page with VC++ , to get newest VC++ and ruleout steam and game devs old versiion in VC++

i doubt its this, but what choise did you even have. untill someone know what this is.

do be a win10/11 all other OS or system ask them in own steam forum linux /mac.
