I don't want to see a mostly naked anime teenager in my game recommendations. I've never played a game like Lust and there is not way to remove that. It makes me not want to use Steam.

So go to your store preferences and turn the option to see Adult Only title back off. At some point you turned it on as they are off by default.

If you don't like porn, why did you enable porn in the first place as porn is disabled by default and need to be manually enabled to show on store?

Go to your Store preferences and disable "Frequent Nudity or Sexual Content" and "Adult Only Sexual Content" and voila, no more porn on your store.
