problems with games crashing

hi I've been having a lot of trouble with a number of my games crashing, it seemed to happen more to games that included multiplayer but it has been happening to others as well. i took it to be serviced and nothing was found but the problem persists. i have updated drivers, windows, steam, verified game integrity and have reinstalled multiple games. i have the crash file here but i cant understand it

this is for one of the games i can look into the other ones but this one I'd like to get resolved. Any help would be appreciated.

Ask Epic Online support, steam cant help you with Thirdpart app issue.

I added client requirement because other steam post a user mention a mac user with client issue today, or mac is outdate.or was it os on it.

do the service even run in windows service as "EpicOnlineServices", sounds it like its not, assume it has such as steam service also has.
