Unable to disable the Youtube floating Window when clicking on "Watch in Youtube"

For some reason i am unable to disable this feature when clicking on any Youtube Video on a Games storefront site, instead of opening in my browser it open in a Floating Window that i cannot sign into or move or even close, this is super annoying and i can't for the life of me find out where the option to disable it is. Here is a screenshot of what i am experiencing.

The Window is not moveable and am unable to close it, I have to ALT+F4 to close it, which makes no sense.

I can click outside of it no problem, the issue is the window is unmovable nor can i 'X" out of it. there are no menu options to close either.
