know as fresly installed driver that fix windows core change, sense its same Nvidia driver you just redo, or fetch newest, most do not need to use past nvidia drivers ( if so then contact Nvidia support. ) steam and game devs do not make support to Nvidia and windows can say same thingy. ( they do not make other company product Brand support )
if that dont work, then recheck window nvida controll panel and check windows system still see it as primary NVidia 'GPU and not a onboard or software rendring has been seleted.
intel page do say you have onboard Intel® UHD Graphics 770
do not have that as main card, then Nvidia is so.
assume its this issue.
ps.
some do windows system and turn off igpu in windows device manager other use bios to turn it off
only laptop can be special and both is one do 2D and other card is 3D, most laptop do not have a combinedcard work as one, most have 2 card that work as standalone.
also why i mention both desktop and laptop and laptop that could do that.
ps.
we still assume all hardware is fine and its a settings user issue after a update.
gl with it.
