Stolen Account

My account has been stolen after my gmail account got hacked and I can no longer access it via the logins that I always used. It is as if the account no longer exists but I assume that the username/passwords and email has been changed since when I try login I am told that there is no account under those credentials. I have been trying to make a ticket since there is nothing I can do about this problem anymore and I need someone to help me recover the account from the database. Please help me as to where I can contact someone from Steam to help me.

You must be logged out of all accounts to start the account recovery process.

You don't need access to the email, phone or password currently tied to the hijacked/hacked account for this to work. Just pick the "I do not have access..." or a similar option when asked.
