Gray Install: Wont allow to play (MAC/Apple)
First I want to say I'm on a Mac (Ya, gross I know). This is a new computer and all the specs are top of the line. All my games suddenly had the gray install where I'm not able to download the game. Just AFI I was able to play previously but now I'm not.

I downloaded some other free games and all the same thing. Any ideas as the only options I see to fix are on Windows?

First off, are you sure you are on the right account?
Because the account you are posting from only owns 2 games.

And are those games MAC compatible? Also one of the last few MAC OS updates disabled support for 32bit applications so only games with 64bit exe support will run.

"MacOS 10.14 Mojave, the version of the Mac operating system before the new macOS Catalina, is the last version that supports 32-bit software. With Catalina, only 64-bit software will be supported"

So are those games you want to play 64bit compatible?

Yes, I just wanted to play SimCity 4. I would assume they are compatible, it's a MacBook Pro 2020. I don't know much about computers, I figured the specs would be fine. I can't really answer the question as I simply do not know.

wrong. It has macos support.

It's possibly other factors that prevent starting.

Most likely a 32Bit app that is no longer supported. Like so many other games that never were updated to 64Bit.

I thought so too but apparently "Sim City 4 Deluxe" has been updated to 64bit for Mac users so that cant be it.

Games Updated to 64-bit

The following games have been updated from 32 bit to 64 bit, and are now compatible with MacOS Catalina and up:

SimCity 4: Deluxe Edition

The Sims 2: Super Collection

SimCity: Complete Edition

Sid Meier's Civilization V

I use to be able to play Sid Meier's Civilization V also. Now I saw online that other have this problem on PC:

Exit Steam, go into steamapps\downloading, and look for 555160. If it's in there, delete it. Check in your common folder as well. Start Steam and try again. I'm not 100% confident of the folder number but that's definitely the game's app ID. You can safely delete anything in the download folder; at worst you'll just have to re-download whatever you delete.

I'm not sure how to do this on a mac.
I also looked into downloading free game just to see if it's the same issue. They also won't work.
