Suspended Account

Good evening, I needed help regarding my account that was suspended. One day I turned on my computer and came across the following message, "This account has been suspended by Steam Support. When an account is accessed by another person or there is a current dispute regarding payments, this situation may occur." I checked my email and there was no message either regarding an unknown login attempt or account suspension. There was no dispute regarding payments on it, all of them were made legitimately directly from my paypal account or my debit card. I have tried to contact support in every way possible but they all take me to a place where I have to enter the account name, email or account number, when I enter the account name it says that the account is suspended and login is not possible, when I enter the mobile number or email it says that there is no account registered with that information.
If anyone has had a similar problem and knows how to solve it please let me know, it is very important for me to get this account back since I have invested a lot of money and time in it.

You should remove your account name immediately as that's a sensitive credential. If your account is suspended then you are directed to contact Support but it honestly sounds like it's hijacked so you'll have to recover it through Support. The terminology and process here does not sound at all correct and scammers can fool people very easily.

Even if your account is suspended/locked, you'd still have access and the restriction notification would come as an account alert in which you can submit a ticket. Sounds like you got hijacked and then further gave away sensitive information. I just hope you didn't give away any bank info.

Steam don't do email notifications - you get account alerts when you are logged in for serious matters like this. If you've lost access to your account then you are outright hijacked.
