You can also move already installed Steam games without reinstalling them to another drive if you have a library on that drive (or create one if you don't):

dont use 90% on total disk size that is know as 10% free rule, but was removed in win10 learn from win7, it was added by MS to max disk performance, problem is small disk and large disk then % simple dont work, it was more a 2TB rule = 200gb free rule = 10% ( diffrent disk diffrent hardware i can feel a drop apox 150gb left, so its not that simple to explan.
and other rule you do is know a unpacking ratio, sense you have no clue from the past zip files or other compressed files can have diffrent ratio 1 to 3 or more
here is the trap, you first DL the file 50gb then unpack it thats is 1 to 2 ration then install it that 1 to 3 so thats actual 5-6 in unpacking.
im sorry if this is to complicated but it was so in the old days and old rules dont die, your job to have 50gb dl then its 250gb free space as work space and temp files doing installation.
and many even forget antivirus can also unpack for testing doing installation, there is alot of things there just is, and now is seen as user own problem to know such.
