Low frame rates, stuttering, audio issues, and long load times on several modern games
Ever since last Tuesday October 22 2024, I have had issues with low frame rates, stuttering, audio issues, and long load times. Recently I was playing the 2023 title Lords of the Fallen and all of a sudden I'm getting several issues with this game. Frame rates would be stuck anywhere between 8-24 fps. I toggled the graphics settings in game, but even at low settings the fps would not even go past 30 fps. The audio would have popping and static sounds and it's unbearable to listen to. It would take anywhere between 5-15 minutes from moment of clicking the start button on Steam to playing the game. Sometimes it might even crash on startup. It's strange because the day before I did not have much performance issues with Lords of the Fallen. It was working fairly well the day before. Since Lords of the Fallen, I tested other games as well: Returnal, Cyberpunk 2077, Resident Evil 4 Remake. These games ran pretty well a few months ago when I played them originally, but now are now sharing the same issues as Lords of the Fallen. I tried older titles that I had no problem running with my 1070TI graphics card. I tested titles such as Resident Evil 2 Remake and Shadow of the Tomb Raider. While the games performed noticeably better, I could still tell there were multiple stuttering issues whenever the game became busy. I tested my old 1070TI GPU and my current 3070 GPU and neither GPU made any difference in performance.

As for my current hardware specs, this it what I have:
Operating System: Windows 10
CPU: intel Core i7-8700
Motherboard: ASRock Z370 Gaming-ITX/ac
Memory: Corsair Vengeance DDR4 RAM (2X16GB)
Storage: Samsung SSD 970 Pro 1TB
GPU: Gigabyte Eagle Nvidia Geforce RTX 3070
PSU: Corsair ATX860i

I'm just curious as to why I am having trouble with my games all of a sudden. Lately I noticed in the past year whenever I'd play a graphics intensive games such as Baldur's Gate 3 or Hogwart's Legacy, the top of my computer case would be noticeably warm after a few hours of play time. At times it felt like I had a small space heater in my bedroom. I can't recall if this has always been the case or if this is a new issue. I checked the CPU and GPU temperatures. Temperatures generally would reach 75-80 degrees Celsius while gaming. Whenever I felt my computer case would get too warm though, I would shut the game off after 2 hours of play and let my computer rest. I have a liquid cooled radiator installed on top of the case. Its a H1151 Pro. I have 5 fans that are still working. I checked through Corsair's iCue program and the hardware seems to be working fine. Most of my computer parts are getting old now though. My computer was custom built since January of 2019. The only component that was switched out was my graphics card and that was back in October 2022. I am wondering if hardware degradation is the issue or if it's an issue with something else. I just don't understand why I am dealing with these issues all of a sudden. Are temperatures of 75-80 degrees normal for gaming? Are low frame rates a sign of hardware failure? If so, how would I go about diagnosing the issue? Do I just need to tweak certain settings? Any help trouble shooting this issue is greatly appreciated.

Could you run games with wrong IGPU
Supports Intel® UHD Graphics Built-in Visuals : Intel® Quick Sync Video with AVC, MVC (S3D) and MPEG-2 Full HW Encode1,
and not the Nvidia card as you once did.

Check nvidia controll panel in windows controll panel, in what is primary Graphic card.

I'm not showing an option to select preferred graphics card inside the Nvidia control panel. I went to manage 3D Settings, but the option is nowhere to be found. Where would I find that option?

Also I wanted to add that I installed the latest Geforce driver for my GPU (version 566.03). That was the only thing I changed from Monday to Tuesday. Reverting back to the previous version did not have any impact on improving the performance.

Possible at auto select then you see blank options. see texst under it , shouuld say Nvidia card.

and it don't help then roleback driver aient working.

ps.
do flip / flop steam beta to check if this matter, or get out of it. ( stay in steam beta is actual not a solution ever, what if they, now make it worse,if you even is in steam beta at all. )
