performance overlay showing fps and temps for cpu and gpu?

i see in youtube videos of people testing game performances you see on the side of their screen a box showing fps, and cpu and gpu usage and temperature.

on my nvidia performance overlay it doesnt seem to show cpu temperature.

what app or software can i use to see this while playing please if i need to see if something's making my computer hotter or not?
