I have restarted marvels avengers 3 times I love super hero games but because of geforce now sync issues I keep loosing the save, I did back it up where do I put it?

I went here %USERPROFILE%/My Documents/Marvel's Avengers/{64BitSteamID}/ but none of that is there beyond the marvels avengers folder, I also accidently turned it into a notepad file instead of the dat file so I have to figure that out to. Anyways I have no idea what to do to fix the sync issue this game has, any ideas or thoughts? I have already spent hours researching this looking for the folder to re upload the cloud save, is there a way I can maybe put it into a local save instead and restore it somehow?

I would greatly appreciate some help with this thank you.

Dead forum and its not a one game specific issue its been known to happen to a few others.

It does actually considering I am trying to find out how to back up steam cloud saves and restoring them.
