Corrupted file not downloadable.

Hello, I installed EA FC 25 3 weeks ago but I never got to play it. When I launch the game, I get on the menu and my cursor starts to load (with blue circle) then, the game crashes. I looked for solutions to this problem and decided to run the Steam analysis to check the game files. This scan always gives me the same result: 3 corrupted files, then Steam re-downloads these 3 files, I launch the game, it crashes, I restart the scan which always tells me that I have 3 corrupted files when Steam was supposed to have downloaded them.

Many people with this problem seem to be saying a BIOS update fixed it.
