HyperX Cloud II Core Wireless + very quiet sound?

Hello,
the first of all, will pay for this help because I'm really distressed.

I used Cloud II wired. Tomorrow I bought Cloud III Wireless but I found sound is very quiet so I returned it and today I bought Cloud II Core Wireless. Unfortunately sound in CS2 is very quiet too..

I have installed HyperX Ngeunity, volume is 100% there. Also volume is 100% in windows and in CS2.
I connected old wired Cloud II again and volume is better (with wired it's like 200%, with wireless like 50% level).

If I run Spotify or Youtube or something in Windows, sound is loud and it's great. Seems like only in games sound is quiet.

Any idea what can I do please?

did u solve it? I bought a cloud 3 wireless and I found it very quite only in cs2, and all other apps running normal to me

Yes I'm using app FXsound. Works perfect
