How to share my screen with a friend using Steam in mobile or iPad?

Hello,

I'd like to ask if this is is possible?
I have a friend who's out of town. She uses her mobile phone and iPad and has Steam installed in both, with her account logged in.

So, I'd like to share (or "stream") my screen with her via Steam and talk with her at the same time.

With a PC it's fairly easy (friend call, Steam screen...) but is there a way to do the same with Steam in a phone or mobile?

I've been using Discord and it's very easy there, but it consumes too much resources of my PC and the games lag, stutter, etc. (Used to use Nvidia to YouTube stream, but that's not available anymore).
