Report a translation problem
Have you removed and reseated it to make sure it's properly installed? In fact have you checked everything is properly seated and didn't get loosened when you installed the new card?
Is your power supply providing enough power for all your components and is it a good brand?
Any obvious faults on the motherboard, i.e. did you apply too much pressure installing it?
Are the contacts clean?
Worst case scenario it's a faulty card. But you want to rule out all other potential causes before going down the RMA route.
