Cuando conecto mi mando de ps4 a la pc, se activa una opción en steam que hace que se controles el volumen, cambiar pestañas entre otras opciones, sin embargo esto hace que el control no m3 funcione en el videojuego qué estoy jugando, si alguien sabe como solucionar esto lo agradecería

That sounds like you're experiencing the Guide Button Chord Layout. It's normally activated when the PS button is held e.g. default mapping has PS button + Left Stick Up = volume up.

If you exit Steam then connect the controller and go to gamepad-tester.com, you could check if the PS button is active (I think PS button is B16).

You could see if unbinding the Guide mapping works-around the issue in Steam:
- Steam > Settings > Controller > Test Device Inputs (Begin Test) > Setup Device Inputs
- Map the controller but skip the Guide button binding
