Weird error code, google have no result.
I got this error code -118, it says "Failed to load web page, Unknown error" when trying to access store. I've been suffered from this for a long time. I've tried to delete temp file, reinstall, using google DNS but got no result. Please help.

People says its the error: "User must agree to china SSA or global SSA before login" but makes no sense cause in browser works perfectly fine, but only on the program that happens that and for some reason only on store page, i need help

Try the following.

Cannot guarantee it will fix the issue.

Turn on or off hardware acceleration in Steam settings.

Menu > Steam > Settings > Interface

Uuuh so, i kinda figured out what was happening, this video was the only thing that fixed it for me, but thanks for tryin to help!
