Computer feels cursed
I feel like I'm reaching my limit with my computer. I posted a similar thread a while ago and while that issue eventually ended up getting solved, I now have another issue that appears to be an issue only I have. Whenever spotify starts up, i get continuous stuttering for 40-60 seconds. If i stream an anime online, same thing. I've done windows clean installs, gpu swaps, driver rollbacks, driver installs, pretty much everything I or anyone I talked to could think of. Currently I'm testing the psu with OCCT, but I'm at 10 minutes with no crashing so I doubt it will find anything. I'm becoming convinced that my expirence with pc gaming, no matter how hard I try, is cursed to just be ♥♥♥♥. No matter what I do, no matter how much I spend, my computer just will not be stable. and as someone who loves computers, it hurts.

Yeah that sounds pretty frustrating. I had a similar problem for a long time. My problem was simply that I didn't actually have a rig designed for gaming. So i had to deal with low FPS for the longest time before I finally saved enough money to buy an actual gaming rig. Now that problem is a thing of the past.

Troubleshooting your PC is never easy.

There are too many factors. Esp for very common case like stuttering :fuhrer_tea:

If you want to, you can list everything that you and your friends have done, so other people here won't recommend you the same thing.

The only thing about that tho is that then people don't respond (when I say what I've done) and it feels like I'm just shouting into a void. I can't blame them though, for some reason my issues are so incredibly specific to my PC that if I were them I wouldn't even know where to start. I've posted my question of r/techsupport's reddit fourm and discord, toms hardware, spotify's reddit, etc... and so far only one guy on toms hardware has really stuck with me to figure this thing out.

with my issue though, it's definitely a gaming rig - a mid-range rtx capable rig. It really shouldn't be having the issues it does, and yet it always seems to.
